| 针对湖北省平原湖区特定的自然地理和气候特点,以及防洪能力较低、易遭受洪水灾害等特点,从地情、雨情、水情、灾情等方面,对平原湖区的洪水进行分析。同时,从防洪排涝、工程治理和调度应用,合理利用湖泊水资源,农业区域水利规划,充分发挥现有水利设施排涝效益等亟待解决的问题出发,提出防洪、排涝对策。 |

| Abstract: |
| In view of the natural geographic and climate features in the plain-lake areas in Hubei Province, and because of weak flood-control ability and disability to prevent the cloudburst and devastating floods, and also because of being subjected to flood damages in these areas, this paper carries out a thorough discussion about the situations of geomorphologic features, rain intensity, hydrologic region flood damages etc.in this area, and an exact analysis of the flood in the plain-lake areas is conducted.At the same time, some specific measures about the flood-control and waterlog-drainage have been adopted, concerning about water conservancy project administration, the application of dispatch, the reasonable utilization of the water resources of the lakes, the water conservancy plans in the farming areas, making a full use of the available conservrancy installation in the waterlogged areas. |
