太湖中4种细菌的分离、鉴定及生长曲线的测定

摘要:
对4种可能和太湖微囊藻生长代谢有关的细菌进行了分离.经鉴定,其中3株(X、Y2、D)为假单胞菌(Pseudomonasspp.),1株(H)为芽孢杆菌(Bacillussp.).在相同培养条件下,X、Y2的迟缓期小于0.5h,30h左右进入稳定期;D的迟缓期为1h,20h左右进入稳定期;H的迟缓期达10h,60h进入稳定期.

Abstract:
Four bacterium isolated from Microcystis surrounding irx Taihu Lake were identified. Three of them (X, Y2,D) arc Pscitdomonas spp.,the other one (H) is Bacillus sp. Under the same culture condition, their growth curves were determined as follows: the lag phase of X,Y2,D and H lasts respectively less than 0. 5h,less than 0. 5h, lh and lOh; the stationary phase starts seperately at about 30h,30h,20h,60h.
